Privacy Policy
Twenty Four: Casino Nights
This policy explains how The Creative Linear ("we," "us") handles information in Twenty Four: Casino Nights (the "game") and on this policy website. For privacy questions, contact support@thecreativelinear.com.
1. Information used by the game
- Local progress and preferences. The game saves your fictional bankroll, level, experience, statistics, room progress, reward eligibility and settings on your device. Clearing the game's app storage can erase this progress.
- Google Play Games. When you connect, the game uses your Play Games player ID, display name and avatar to show your profile. It submits your highest bankroll score to Google's leaderboard and retrieves leaderboard entries. Your gamer profile and score may be visible to other players according to Google's service and profile settings. Google also processes service analytics and diagnostics.
- Advertising and technical information. The game includes Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. Advertising services may collect device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and operating-system information, app and ad interactions, ad views and clicks, session events and diagnostic information. Their SDK disclosures also include purchase-related or conversion signals where available. The game itself does not offer in-app purchases or collect payment-card details.
- Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2. How information is used
Information supports gameplay and saved preferences, Google Play Games authentication and leaderboards, ad delivery and reward validation, measurement of ad effectiveness, troubleshooting, service improvement, and prevention of fraud or abuse. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request.
3. Services and sharing
Google processes information for Play Games features. Unity and its advertising partners process information to deliver, measure and support advertising. These providers may process information for their own purposes as described in their policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
- Google Privacy Policy
- Unity Privacy Policy
- ironSource / LevelPlay Privacy Policy
- GoDaddy Privacy Policy (website hosting)
We do not sell your support messages. Ad-related transfers may be considered sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; provider privacy controls and applicable rights are described below.
4. Your choices and data deletion
- Device data: use Android Settings → Apps → Twenty Four → Storage → Clear storage to remove local game data. This may permanently reset your progress. Removing local data does not automatically remove information held by Google or advertising providers.
- Play Games: manage your profile visibility and game sign-in through Google Play Games settings. You can delete data for this game through Google's Play Games data-deletion controls. See Google's instructions for deleting Play Games data.
- Consent management: Google User Messaging Platform checks which configured regional privacy messages apply and stores your choices on your device. Google processes information needed to deliver the form, including IP address, device and app information, and consent signals. Where available, open Settings → Privacy choices → Manage privacy choices to review or withdraw your choices. Advertising partners receive the relevant consent signals. If required permissions are unavailable, ad-funded bonuses are unavailable; ordinary play and daily rewards remain available. A change after advertising services have started pauses new ads until you restart the game.
- Advertising: manage your advertising ID and ad privacy preferences in Android settings. These controls may limit personalization but do not necessarily stop all advertising or technical data collection. Unity's privacy policy explains its privacy choices and request methods.
- Contact us: email support@thecreativelinear.com with the subject "Twenty Four privacy request" to request access, correction or deletion of information we control. Identify the game and describe your request; do not include passwords. We may need to verify your request. Provider-held data may require a request directly to that provider.
Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, opt out of certain advertising uses, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
5. Retention
Local game data remains until it is removed or replaced; device backup and restore settings may affect its persistence. Google and advertising providers retain information under their own policies. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, legal obligations or disputes, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. We do not promise that provider-held information is automatically deleted within 90 days.
6. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved. Google and advertising services use secure connections for supported data transfers, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own; see their policies for transfer and protection details.
7. Children
The game is not directed to children and is intended for adults 18 and over. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address information within our control.
8. This website
This policy page does not include analytics scripts, advertising, embedded videos or a contact form. Our hosting provider may process normal web-server logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times, to deliver and secure the website. Clicking an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date above will identify the latest revision.
